Whoa, had rc training in school yesterday.

Damn tiring even though its a easy task.

Beatrix (our dear coach) taught us how to lead climb up again.
even though she taught us before, but i wasnt there at that time.

Anyway, lead climbing is when you have a bunch of Runners

(carinbineers with straps),
a rope tied onto you. and you start to climb up yourself using the runners to attach to your rope.
<-- A runner.

Of course, most importantly a good belayer at the bottom to save your life when you fall :/

Training for the day? Climb up and down of the
9 metre wall inside our indoor hall 3times
Problem isnt climbing up,
is climbing down taking out the rope from the runners -.-

Well, at the end of the training. I did 2 and a half times. Cant complete the down climb :/
Arms, Fingers are tired. Body, shagged like shit.

Never mind, a good try for a first lead climb :D
